Horrible Incompitence

They notified me that i could expect delivery on Monday, but nobody showed. They send an sms and phoned me on Tuesday, nobody showed. They reverted to Cell C, on who's behalf they are delivering, that they were at my address but that I was not available at the address. This is an absolute lie. I took delivery of another package (delivered by The Courier Guy - an absolutely pleasant experience) at the very same address yesterday but there was nobody from RAM anywhere near these premises. Day 3 - no delivery.
