Horrible horrible horrible

Absolutely disgusted by this courier company.. Living in outside areas of the country I rely heavily on courier services and ram is the worst. They say parcel out for delivery but the parcel dosent arrive. I am a stay at home mom so am always at home so they cannot say I was not home! Call center rings and rings with no answer and when you do finally get through their call center agent drops the phone on you! Disgusting service that I will avoid at all costs in the future
