Horrible Delivery Service

I do not know who is worse between Ram and woolies for using a courier that is unreliable. They called twice claiming to be at the gate for my delivery but they were not both times. The first time the lady called she was shouting at me for the address i put down and threatened to take my order back to the warehouse. Mind you the delivery instruction box has full details of my exact location and what makes it worse is that the driver boasts about knowing the company in the same yard front opposite where i am but keeps lying about being outside with my order just because she is lazy to do a job she is actually hired for
