Horrible delivery process
Got an sms saying it will take 72 work hours to get my parcel. The parcel has been collected from midrand going to Pretoria . I am very disappointed by your service 72 hours just to get an Item to Pretoria. Your processes are broken vodacom most stop subjecting us to such services

Please note that the parcel is being collected from Vodacom to our Pretoria warehouse. The parcel was given to Ram this morning and we are obligated to deliver the parcel within forty-eight to seventy-two hours from the time we receive it. Also note that the time is only counted for business days.
Your delivery is well within the SLA, and delivery can be expected on Monday or Tuesday.
