Horrible delivery experience!
I have been waiting for the delivery of my order since MONDAY! what is soooooo hard for RAM to get with an address redirect? I am furious to say the very least as I stated the urgency of this parcel even yesterday after holding for more than 15 minutes for their call centre agent!

the most furious thing is that today I also tracked my delivery on your portal after holding for more than 10minutes on the call centre line and finally deciding to end the call and I saw comments that state that I was contacted for an alternative address as I reside in the skwata camps! I do not even know where they get that Thembelihle or whatever area they have there! I corrected my address with over 4 people from RAM already however no one seems to be able to capture my address correctly from RAM
