Horrible Customer Service

Had to wait almost an hour for someone to answer the phone yesterday as they got my contact detail incorrect for a parcel to be delivered, after I finally spoke to a real person they assured me the info was updated. Today I got the same email with the same incorrect info and once again no one answers the phone.

Absolutely horrible customer service

Will definitively not recommend their services
