Horrible Customer Care
Horrible service from RAM. They do not keep to their promises to clients. Called me to confirm that my parcel will be fetched and if I will be at home. They failed to collect the entire day. The next day I had to make several calls to RAM to collect. Matter not yet resolved. Still awaiting resolution. Agent promises driver will call yet does not happen. I was also promised a call from a member of management, there again no call. I am losing revenue waiting for RAM. Unprofessional Service and lack of Customer Care
