Horrible Courier Service

On the 27th of march i called Ram to track my parcel they have advised that i need to get in touch with my service provider who was Jack Lemkus at the time because the truck was high jacked. Yesterday i had a parcel out for delivery i called Ram today to track my parcel and they asked me to contact Puma because the parcel is under investigation. In less then a month two of my parcels are missing. Ram is the worst Courier Service in South Africa. I hope and Pray that all other companies will move away from them to a different courier company. As they do not take clients into consideration!!!😡😡😡😡
