Horrible Courier
This company and their rude drivers and this is not the first time. I will never suggest this company. I receive many packages but it's always a problem with this company. It's tragic that Transpharm only uses this company. It reflects bad on the pharmaceutical company as well. I will rather start buying somewhere else.

25 Jun 2024, 17:13I don't have the waybill number. Your driver says he was here, I myself and my daughter is at home and when I said this to him he imp**** I was lying. I order my stuff through Transpharm and they send it. Like I said this is not the first time. When the driver phones it's jus one ring and the phone is being put down. Then he phoned from another number and I said to him something is wrong with your phone even when I phone back. The he informs me I will not receive my parcel tomorrow. This is pathetic. Same story as last time. And when we saw him after the first time he was incredibly rude. You fear every deliver cause it's the same person always and always so rude. Like I said, why is it always just your company that we have a problem with?? Now I must wait for my parcel when I was home the whole day? Don't tel me you used the hooter, really??
