Horrible communication and lying about delivery times!

I am so dissapointed in RAM hand to hand delivery. Previously to writing this review for this specific incident, I had really dissapointing service where the delivery guy called me a minute before 5 pm after I had waited all day, only for me to recieve my parcel 4 days later after failed attempts of trying to contact the company for details on when next my parcel would be delivered. I wanted to report it but thought it must have just been a one time thing as I have always trusted your service. The current issue I’m facing now is having your delivery guy not show up at all on the promised date, yet me receiving a WhatsApp text saying failed attempt of delivery because of being unreachable without even receiving one single call to show this. Although this greatly confused and dissapointed me, I decided to follow your text prompts for re-attempting delivery for the next day which was 03-12-2025. I waited all day again and nothing. No communication whatsoever! To say I’m dissapointed in your service would be an understatement. Your company lies now and your WhatsApp agents are very uncouth as they act very complacently when one expresses their frustration only to end the chat while waiting for a reply. I’m so frustrated and really thought this was a one time thing, but after recieving such bad service back -to - back has made me lose so much faith in a delivery company that I held in such high regard! It’s now the 3rd day waiting for my delivery and no communication at all. It’s Friday and I cannot cancel my plans for the day any longer! I need your company to resolve this issue with immediate urgence !
