Horrible and ************* services from RAM couriers

I am utterly disgusted with RAM couriers. TFG uses them for delivery. I received an email confirming my parcels (2) would be delivered today before 5pm. Usually they deliver very early or not long before 3pm. At 3:30 pm I called the call centre and after being placed on hold, was told the driver confirmed they’d deliver before 4:30pm. At 4:35pm I tried multiple times to connect to the call centre and each time after getting to a consult my call would be dropped. I persisted and last spoke to an agent called Noma , no lie, this was now my 8th time calling and was roughly 5pm. Noma called the driver and said they’d call me after they’re done with their delivery. It is now 7:10 pm and still no call nor a parcel, notification, call or SMS confirming what’s the way forward - highly annoyed
