Horrible and *********

I had an order that was scheduled for delivery today, Friday 24th. I got an email message stating that the delivery was unsuccessful, what surprises me is that, security needs to call me so I can provide access to the RAM driver, but security never called me. The driver claim that he came knocking at my house and I didn’t open. This is a security concern as you need access to be granted at the estate gate before you can even come knocking. I also don’t believe that the RAM driver was indeed at my home. I asked the security personnel on duty and they confirm that no delivery came for me. Please this is so irritating if your drivers can behave so *********.
