I actually wish there could be something less than one star. I have never dealt with such terrible service ever!

After ordering a package from Vodacom. It was arranged by the consultant that I will be home on Monday 2 December 2019. I took off work the whole day. At 17:30pm I phoned in asking where the courier is. I was told that he tried to phone me (I had my phone with me the whole time) and had no answer. I told them that that was unacceptable and that I had already taken of work for this and I can't take off another day. I told them that I can take off till 12pm only the Tuesday 3 December 2019,I was then told by one consultant that she will arrange for the driver to deliver before 12pm as I need to be at work at 13:00pm. Tuesday came and went and by 12pm I was still waiting. I phoned in and was told that the driver will be there at 4pm and I told them the arrangement only for them to to say they don't know who told me that because they can't do that, after a massive upset I got a call back but by that time I was working and could not answer. This morning I phoned in just passed 8am, to make sure that everything was sorted, the driver knew my address and even spoke to the driver and confirmed the address. After waiting till 15:35 to check what is going on I saw that the package is now under investigation. I phoned in explaining things over AGAIN... And asked what is happening. Oh no the driver was hijacked and they can't tell me when I will receive my packages. I feel terrible for the driver but why must I be the one hounding and doing their work for them to let me know what is going on. After 2 and 1/2 days of loss of income and no real effort or explanation.... Terrible Ram you guys are ********** and your service is appalling. Thank you for wasting my time and my money.
