hopeless service

New phone not delivered due to address typos (wrong province!). Online tracking states I supp**** the wrong address which is just a lie. Online tracking also says I was called and messages left but no such voicemail was ever left and I was never called because they used the wrong phone number - how they managed that I have no idea because they did SMS to the correct number initially and we are talking about a cell phone contract renewal. Then they cut me off when I call to complain and then they want to only deliver the next day. The word sorry yet to be used when talking to me. Altogether hopeless.
