Hopeless!!
Without a doubt the worst courier company ever. Every time a parcel is out for delivery with them there is some issue. And when you sit on the phone to the for 15 minutes they cut the call when its your turn! Don't use them at all!

23 Dec 2025, 10:25Your email states "RAM delivers between 8am and 5pm". Why did your driver try to deliver after hours yesterday? He knows the address and delivers there often (for other customers as I chose not to use RAM). Boggles the mind.
