Holding on to parcel for 5days

Ram had my parcel since Thursday the 27th August until today they didn't communicate any reason for the delay until I called them to enquire. Friday I was told that the parcel will be delivered but I waited all day until I called them and I was told that my parcel was 2pieces and they could only find one piece. I confirmed that the parcel was 1 piece but they said they required authorisation fromy DHL. This morning I called them and they said my parcel was with \Given"and he is gone for training so they can't assist me he will contact me when he returns. I told them I knew the story about the 2pieces and DHL has confirmed that it is 1 parcel. They said they required DHL to tell them in writing so I did their job for them and contacted DHL and managed to get DHL to give them authorisation in writing and now I still don't have the parcel. The worst service iv received from a courier service. Very unprofessional attitude from the consultants. Empty promises. """
