Highly inconvenienced , no way of contacting them and their only means of comms I could get was through their online chat with Xaxier who showed no interest in helping.

Highly inconvenienced. Changed the delivery address on a (28/09)Wednesday and on (29/09)Thursday the package arrived in Klerksdorp warehouse, I tried calling RAM warehouse***) that number is forever busy, so on (30/09)Friday I drove to the warehouse only to be told I can't collect my parcel even with my needed proof documents, told me to wait for them to deliver that very same Friday afternoon. Today it's the (04/10) Tuesday and still no correspondence, I tracked my parcel on their platform it says on Monday(03/10) it was out for delivery but no sms, email, call or any means of contact with me was attempted and there was no one who came to deliver anything. The parcel today says it's back at the warehouse but without any reason.

My 1st(03/10) Monday attempt with their online chat on their website with "Xavier" the guy only copied and pasted me that "STOCKTAKE IN KLK: WAREHOUSE (RFD)" and their "Security clause" and continued to ignore me, I thought it was an automated bot.

My 2nd(04/10) Tuesday attempt with their online chat on their website with "Xavier" I had no response for about 20min, until I said "You'll find my review on Hello Peter" and this was the immediate response "i have spoken to the manager and will push for it to go out today"
