Pathetic service.PLEASE DO NOT USE THEM. I have been waiting for my parcel from Monday. The driver called me on Tuesday saying he is on his way again today he called to prepare my ID And proof of residence he is on his way. He has not pitched up and he is no longer picking up my call. I needed the parcel today but Ram has disappointed me, if I had checked the terrible reviews about this company I would have never opted to use them. I will take this to Twitter up until they change the way they work.
