Dear RAM<br> <br> I find it entirely inexcusable that a driver uses the excuse that living in a complex is reason for not delivering a parcel. Like a large portion of our population I do not work from home and subsequently on hearing I was to receive my parcel today I made arrangements to be at home for most part of the day. NOT ONCE did I receive a call to say the driver was at the gate or even nearby. Being that the delivery is the replacement of ****** goods I will definitely be advising Discovery Insure to ensure their service providers use other couriers because this is FAR from the service provided by both Discovery Insure and their service provider.
