Harassed and scolded by a RAM Couriers driver

On the 24th of February 2026, at around 8:01 AM, two Ram courier drivers came to deliver my parcel UARCRG9QH. Well, I wasn't aware that my parcel was to be delivered today, as yesterday it had an "in-transit" message when I last checked. It only updated today morning that it was out on delivery at around 7AM, and my phone was off.

Well, I was woken up by two men (drivers) who were knocking loudly at my door. At first I didn't answer the knock because I wasn't aware who it was and why they were doing that (Remember, at the beginning I said my phone was off).

Eventually, I opened there were two men, one tall, younger with a haircut, and the other one was an older man wearing striped shirt and a pair of jeans. This older man with a striped shirt started shouting and yelling at me that he has been looking for me and knocking at my door.

1. Why was he yelling at me? 2. He didn't give me a chance to explain that my phone is off or that I wasn't expecting the delivery today. 3. He starts verbally harassing me and talks over me- Where is the professionalism? 4. It's early in the morning, and being scolded by a man I don't even know? 5. He has verbally harassed me in front of the neighbors, why? Is it because I am a woman? 6. If it was delaying them and they couldn't reach me, why did they not reschedule the delivery to tomorrow or any other day and communicate the changes? 7. It wasn't also safe for them to both leave the delivery vehicle and come knock at my door- this is a high crime rate area. 8. Understanding, professionalism and good communication skills is very important for this job, as he meets different people everyday and he can't just crash out as it pleases him, making us feel unsafe and harassed.

Thanks to the other guy (young, tall, with a hair cut) who was absolutely professional and just delivered my parcel without scolding me.

Please don't ever assign this older guy with a striped shirt to deliver my parcels, I will not be threatened and harassed by a complete stranger when I just woke up. With reasons, there's a high rate of Gender Based Violence, men have proven to be unsafe and violent towards women when they are angry, threatening and insulting.

He made me feel unsafe, uncomfortable, disrespected, harassed, scolded, frustrated, vulnerable, exposed, insulted, and threatened as I was the only one woman with two guys and one showing signs of violence (the striped shirt guy).

I am so disappointed with RAM Couriers as I have never encountered with this level unprofessionalism with this courier service company. Please train your employees thorough.

But I am disappointed.
