Hanging up on customers & Non-delivery

Wasted 4 days of mine by lying constantly about delivery times. Their call centre hung up on me 4 times (every time) I asked to speak to a manager

(If you say they delivery is on its way today, Do not leave the customer in the dark and not deliver!)
