Hand To hand courier in your
I had a parcel from Le Creuset that was suppose to be delivered today. Firstly they got my address wrong I called them to rectify the address. Then their driver calls me and suggests we meet because if I don’t take it today it’ll reach me “maybe “ tomorrow. Well I went to his meeting point and he kept coming with excuses for not pitching up. I drive to their office in Isando I spoke with the lady by the name of Thandi Mkalipi who was insinuating that I did a call to the driver and suggested a meet and greet. Who rudely told me that the driver will not leave his area and come to isando to give me my parcel. It’s not important so I will wait till tomorrow when they deliver it to my house. Ram they unprofessional and rude to say the least.
Please note that the deliver address was provided incorrectly by the sender. Now that the address is correct, the consignment should be given to the correct courier that does the Estherpark area tomorrow.

The courier should be able to contact you upon the delivery of your parcel during business hours.
