Haha, dont actually expect them to DELIVER

What an amazing experience my upgrade through vodacom was, until RAM Couriers got involved. Vodacom promises next day delivery if you upgrade before 12pm, i upgraded at 9am on Monday, it is now 12:12pm on Wed, and RAM couriers seem quite incapable of delivering my phone. What really makes me laugh is the lies they tell both me and vodocom. They use fictional telephone numbers which they \claim"to call looking for you. Then they claim they called your home - my char nor my voice mail on my home phone can verify this. Then they claim they did come to place of business buy could not find me - I work in a gated secure business park - so in order for them to gain access security would have to let us know .... REALLY"
