Guide dog without food due to Ram's negligence

My order was collected by Ram on 9 December from the service provider. it is now 14 November and I still have not received any delivery. The service provider has contacted Ram numerous times to try and determine what is going on and there is just no solution. We have a Guide dog who is now out of food because of Ram's incompetency, and I had to drive up and down with no luck to find the brand of food that our dog eats. Utterly disappointed and frustrated!!
