GROSS BAD SERVICES FROM RAM HAND TO HAND COURIERS

This company has no proper customer service. They can't even deliver a parcel. I was at my residents from 10 am till 9 pm last night and no courier guy from them came to drop off the parcel. There is no management assistance at all or a proper solution to my problem. Now I was told I need to wait till they deliver during the day. I am working and cannot sit at work the whole day. Your services sucks!!!!!
