I would like to commend the great work and assistance by Simphiwe who is a call centre agent, he kept up to his word of getting me parcel delivered to me as promised after having pathetic service even by a team leader. He is a real asset to have within the company and it shouldn't go unnoticed by the company. It's very rare to have someone who goes out of their way to really assist a client and go beyond what his job entitles him to do.

I lost all faith and was about to cancel dealing with Ram hand to hand couriers after having pathetic service and losing out on R500 a month before on a previous delivery which Ram didn't bother much about.
