Great disappointment

I was meant to receive my delivery of a sim card I ordered from Rain last week either on Tuesday 04/02/2020 or Wednesday 05/02/2020 in respect to a call I received from the customer service agent on Monday 03/02/2020… no further contact was ever made after that first and last call on that Monday, when I tried to contact customer care no calls were answered neither did they even bother to respond to my emails. Yet today when I went to try and track my parcel, I was bumped out to see that it was returned back to sender without any contact reaching out to me that they’re around to deliver my stuff. From my experience as I too was a courier driver in one of my previous occupations, I too as the driver contact the owner/receiver of the parcel in the morning yet none of that was being practiced
