Great Customer Service Received

RAM couriers handle the Woolworths clothing online deliveries. After initially contacting Woolworths to find out what happened to my delivery, I decided to phone RAM couriers myself and was assisted by an amazing lady named Shanaaz. She was courteous, friendly and went through all my details carefully and found that there was an additional digit captured in my telephone number and a vital piece of address information was missing.

This was quickly rectified and sent through to the driver and my parcel was delivered within 2 hours of everything being rectified.
