Great assistance from Call centre and PTA Hub

I tracked my package from 10:00 this morning and as the day dragged on I feared it would not be delivered today. Having had bad service from RAM in the past I called the call centre at 16:15 to find out what is going on. After getting slightly worked up at Lenata over the tardiness of the delivery she held her cool and assisted me in a calm and orderly fashion and transfered me to the PTA hub. There I spoke to Ktemetse (I hope I spelled that close to right...) and after a few minutes got the dreaded we will call you back from her... I have to admit I then lost hope of seeing my delivery today. However lo and behold 5 minutes later she phoned back (something that in South Africa is rarer than a pink unicorn) not only did she phone back but she had gotten in touch with the driver and not 10 minutes later did I have my package in my hands. So for all the bad reviews here is one good one at least. Thank you.
