Good day, im very unhappy with the service from Ram. I will never advise someone to get courier assistance from them. We bought cellphones from vodacom and only one got delivered this morning i called the call centre on *** spoke to an agent asked her to advise where the other phone was and she was rude and said her system shows its there. i spoke and said in unhappy and she dropped the call. this is really bad service.

Please ensure that i get my parcel urgently because if its gone i will ensure that i keep RAM accountable for this.... ill take this to the media is i have too.

I don't know why Vodacom uses RAM as their courier.

I had better experience with other courier companies like - ARAMEX Courier...
