Good customer service and better service

Last week I had a parcel which need to be collected in Limpopo province to Gauteng . I phoned their office in polokwane . They Guy who assisted me was so friendly and proffesional . it was the first time I used the courier . They collected my order on Friday late . By monday 12h00 the parcel was in my hand.
