Good can be Great!

I was SO impressed with RAM courier, they notified me via sms that they would be delivering my phone. They called to confirm my address and let me know the delivery date. I got a reminder via sms when they were on the way. I would suggest you maintain the standard with all deliveries ; even if you were at my house 2 days ago, still call and tell me you're coming back within another delivery. As when my screen saver and protector were delivered later the same week, I didn't get a courtesy call, just an sms letting me know another delivery was on the way. Luckily I saw the sms and was hope when the driver showed up.
