Going the extra mile

<p>We needed urgently to deliver some laptops to our consultants in Polokwane , Cape Town , Durban , Bloemfotein ,Port Elizabeth . we didnt want to use Fedex the courier we had an account with because they lost a tender document last year . so i was busy looking for another place to send these laptops with . i had a few places send me qoutation. and eventually decided on Ram. and Betty kekana assisted me. she was so confident and i was so worried . I thought the sooner the package left the sooner it gets delivered . she explained that the packages leave at night and the was no need at all to worry . she went as far as to trap the shipments on my behalf . her level of service was just incredible </p>
