Giving RAM one star is supper generous

Appalling experience, disappointment, waste of time and to think that one has to make means to be at the delivery address and miss work for nothing is absolutely upsetting. RAM hand to hand drivers and their colleagues even the ones at customer center sure know how to ruin one's day by failing us as customers. Wouldn't recommend it to anyone
