Get my parcel

I'm so livid right now I made a call twice to your centre but the last call with Tshogofatso from customer service was the rudest and couldn't give me her surname yet I told her that the last agent I spoke to dropped my call. She says she's the only Tshogofatso in the centre and you said your calls are recorded please deal with her.

I work for a financial institution myself how tf do you tell a client that my first name should be sufficient as I am the only one by that name

I didn't know about this order since the university made it for me. On the day of delivery I get I messaged that my parcel is arriving. I'm at work for Christ sake and live alone. I spoke to your agent who promised to get my parcel delivered yesterday and took a leave at work to accommodate you people.

On that 11th you didn't arrive and I called and spoke to your rude agents who can't help me at but rather cut the call..
