Furiuos about *********** and unproffessional service that i have been offered by ram couriers

I very furiuos about ram couriers service, I was supposed to have received my parcel on Thursday as it was meant for ****her's day but their driver just decided not to deliver my parcel, and received delivery unsuccessful message around 12pm already on Thursday, and when I call the customer care was informed that the driver claims that my address was incorrect but when they check on their system it was correct. I kept calling the office/customer care several times but they kept promising me to call the driver but did not. They new that their driver was lying about the incorrect address but they were willing to assist me in anyway, even after begging them and letting them know that the parcel was for fathers day. On friday the 16th at 8:01 I also received unsuccessful delivery message from the courier with the same false claim that my address was incorrect. I still haven't received my order to date even after was told that the matter had been escalated to the supervisor.

I have never received such *********** and unproffessional service from other couriers except for this one, and their management doesn't even care about the customers.
