Fu*ken useless

What was the point of providing my contact details if your driver does not call me to let me know that my parcel is being delivered? Now I have a parcel that has been returned to your warehouse because the driver got lost and did not call to confirm the correct location (as provided in the shipment details) and is now due for delivery next year whereas it was rescheduled for today. I would have loved to see my niece ride the bike that I bought her and now I wont. ****en useless
