Frustration of complaint taken out on my package.

This morning I phoned and put in a complain against a driver. First on Wednesday hê **** and said hê tried to Phone me but no one picked up. Yesterday hê decided to pitch up at my house at 19h00 I was not home because it clearly state they will deliver before 17h00 this is not the first time this is happening and that is why I complaint. So my package arrived today and my package is smahed and damage and it was Done with great force because TFG/Bash put it in a Little box with a lot of plastic wrap around it. Is it fair to still to order online and trust delivery companies can at least not take out their frustration on your packages! I Did not choose this couriers Tfg did but this was absolutely disgusting. So I am not allowed to complain about delivery people just doing as they please?
