FRUSTRATING EXPERIENCE

So frustrated as I'm writing this. I was ought to have received my parcel on the 7th of Dec. Instead I received emails stating Delivery attempts failed (if why I don't know cause my address is clear even on their website) I received another email saying my parcel has been delivered yet I've never received nor signed for it. This so annoying shame, YDE should consider using another company for the sake of customers ngeke.
