Frustrated with RAM hand to hand Couriers
I have just about had enough with RAM. Got notification on 18 June 2020 that I would be receiving my Rain Sim that same afternoon. At 16:23 when I called I was informed that the driver is running late on his deliveries and would not make it and would come through on 19 June 2020. This is after I’d had been given confirmation at 10:27 earlier that morning that my delivery would arrive. Fast forward 19 June 2020. I get notification via email that at 08:07 my parcel has been sent out for delivery. At around 10am on 19 June I call to find out what time my parcel would be delivered as I was not prepared to spend another day waiting for RAM. As you would have guessed by me penning this review, I’ve still not received my parcel. It’s outside their delivery time and I suspect now that I will most likely only get it some time next week. I would never recommend RAM to anyone. Their services is shocking and their call centre agents completely *********** to say the least.
I then offer to go collect my parcel from their hub as I’m not prepared to be messed around anymore and I get told No I can’t go to their hub to collect my parcel.
Why are these people still in business? They have absolutely no idea what customer service means. Truth be told that even all these negative reviews that are being posted about RAM are actually a waste of time because things are going from bad to worse with their client relationships.
What they fail to understand is yes, Rain may be the client who paid for their service, but I too could prospectively be part of a big organization that could now or in their future require the services of a courier company on a big contract. With what I’ve been subjected to, we as the public should ensure that organizations like this don’t get business.
