Frustrated

I have been waiting for my parcel since yesterday, their system updated that I wasn’t available yesterday, I let it go, it’s what ey usually do wen they run out of time I guess, today I got a message that I wil receive it today, around 4 today did their system not update that I wasn’t available, I called the centre whoever I spoke to assured me that the driver would be send back , I am still waiting frustrated. I have used Ram more than 4 times never had issues but this time am really disappointed with your service.. If the driver couldn’t deliver yesterday why wasn’t n the top customer list to receive my parcel today 🤦🏻♀️🤦🏻♀️🤦🏻♀️🤦🏻♀️ I personally understand that the driver might have had too much n his plate , just don’t lie , communicate
