*****

I did a Vodacom Upgrade beginning of January and was told they didn't have stock, but would process the application and that I would have to wait for more or less two weeks. Didn't hear from them again and then last week of January we get an sms to say the Uprgrade will be processed 31/01/2018. On 01/02 I follow up to find out when we will get the phone and then I am told that it was delivered to us 15/01/2018 by RAM; however we didn't receive anything. This morning they tell us that it is ***** from RAM's side- we are not the only people that never received our phones, BUT apparently RAM has falsified our signatures and even have our ID's , so now we have to go to the police station and open a ***** case, as Vodacom cannot do anything about it. How can I open a ***** case for something that I never received- Vodacom doesn't want to give me a copy of the waybill as proof that they falsified our signatures or do anything from their side, but they phone is their property until I receive it. Who is going to sort out this mess? What type of people are RAM couriers employing and how can we trust you with any packages in future? I now have to pay double the previous contract price, but I don't have a phone.
