Four Days of not Updating there systems

was very furious at this point in time. Today will be the 4th day in a row that I am addressing this issue with your delivery warehouse, consultants or whoever handles your queries.

I have been waiting for an urgent delivery with my Rain sim cards since last week already. I have called four times to correct the issue using my own airtime and am quite aware of the fact that you have limited staff. Your limited staff has no knowledge of your systems or how to address the issues and your managers in the warehouse either. If a parcel is returned four times in a row clearly there should be something wrong.

I have literally raised my voice and screamed at your consultant named Lesego who let me hold for more than 10 minutes to go and get a manager and after returning telling me the manager Keitumetse is busy. She explained the problem stating there are three addresses on the system that she can see and that the driver who has the parcel out on the road is waiting for Rain to update the parcel details, which is totally absurd as I contacted Rain and they advised they couldn't do this as you already have the parcel on your end.

She advised me that the parcel would be delivered today before 1 and that she was able to update and change the address accordingly on your systems, however, your consultant called me this morning and verified once again the incorrect address. This is beyond ridiculous, do you guys not have a system you run in place that flags these issues? what happens to a parcel that after 2 times of returning and no flag? I do not want sorry for an answer because this is absurd and beyond ridiculous. I am also going to put this on Hello Peter for you to get flagged against RAM.

Please the only way you can actually fix these messes is once you call me and deliver these parcels straight to the homes of my employees and I will fax them through a copy of the registrant ID, as that is how it is supposed to be to begin with.
