I have tracked the order and it reflects it has been returned to the sender. This is an instruction we received from the Vodacom as we deliver according to the sender's instructions/requirements and unfortunately we as RAM cannot change the delivery process and/ or details unless authorized and/ or instructed by the sender.
We understand you depended on us to deliver your parcel seamlessly as promised and deeply regret that we failed to provide the high standard that you’ve come to expect from RAM HAND-TO-HAND Couriers. We will definitely be implementing solutions to ensure that this issue does not occur in future.
