FIRST TIME DEALING WITH RAM COURIER NEVER AGAIN...

Shocking service beyond... I don't even know where to start...<br> My directors did an upgrades via Vodacom now my one director's phone already arrived last week Wednesday<br> The other director's phone well who knows where it is if he will ever see it..<br> The people above said late Friday it was delivered from Vodacom, on Monday they delivered late after 4.00 after I instructed them I am only at my workplace until 4pm, yesterday the courier got hijacked gave Alan my details no phone call from me keeping me informed this morning spoke to Xavier well he also not keeping his word of keeping me informed what must I tell my director he is on my case every 5 minutes he needs his new phone <br> WELL I AM BLOWN AWAY by this service I could not feel anymore important to these guys never ever will I recommend you to anyone I have allready told the companies next to me and on the first floor never ever to come in contact with you BEYOND BAD SERVICE ..<br> IF SOMEONE THERE really cares please if it is not too much to ask be so kind as to resolve this complaint ASAP<br> Many THANKS .....!!!
