First time and Last Time

I will never use Ram again first and Last time!! I was expecting a delivery from them had all documents ready and gave them to my wife to accept, however was advised that this is not accpetable given the chance i then arranged for the address to be changed i later that day was informed when tracking the parcel because i had changed the address i needed now to wait for the next day that the driver has already left i then waited for the next day, next day came and i received an email stating my parcel is out for delivery to the incorrect details again after being told that it was amended on their system once again being assured that i would be receiving my parcel to the address i amended it to . i then was placed on hold for 10mins being cut off and then called back again after having provided an alternative number. Then 7mins ago i received an email that i had missed delivery and was advised that i could come collect my parcel my self from their Hub in Bellville South what business ethics is this?? what communication and loss of my money and endless phone calls to people that cannot follow the instruction as per my request and it is all the same story back and fourth and being this was my first time making use of this company its is very upsetting that they could not follow up communicate and make the customer journey a memorable one it is very difficult to make a new customer than keep an existing one happy
