Firearm delivered to non licence holder

Dear RAM,<br> <br> I went to your East London branch to arrange transit of my firearm from East London to Pretoria. The consultant named Carmen assisted me with the booking and I completed the necessary Written Consent Form in Respect of Transportation of Firearms. The Parcel was booked via waybill RW***9, Locked in a appropriate container for security. Upon my return to said address this morning the parcel had already been delivered and signed for by our reception. You let a unlicensed individual sign for a firearm without making any arrangements with myself, the license holder of the firearm. I was assured that RAM would contact me before delivery would take place but this was not the case. This comes as a huge shock as I had put my trust in your service and agreement and you had not followed your own procedure which could cause dire consequences. I will never use RAM ever again and will tell the whole South Africa about your poor service, Procedures and judgement calls.<br> <br> Regards,<br> <br> Hendrik Labuschagne.
