I'm furious, i had two parcels that was supposed to be delivered today from the tfg company, this morning when i checked the tracking there was nothing saying it was out for delivery that only happened this afternoon 2 minutes to 6 i got an email saying unsuccessful delivery contact not available, i mean their delivery time is from 9 to 5 ?? And the email strictly says they're only using 3 attempts if the delivery fails it will be returned whilst my other parcel says "returned" how on earth ? And the funniest part is about three weeks ago i purchased something online as well and the courier company was Ram and they delivered to the exact adress that i used for my tfg purchase
