False unsuccessful delivery attempt

I don’t know what is going on with RAM delivery people , they say delivery unsuccessful. How when I didn’t even receive a call or even hoot is been 2 consecutive days with the same problem . When call they do not answer , even when requesting to chat to an agent the session suddenly ends . This is so unprofessional , claiming to have came to attempt to deliver and yet you didn’t even attempt to contact us. I hope @Vodacom is aware that RAM is not reliable
