False promises/no feedback /late anf no delivery
I put in order on 27 nivember it was collected and sent to nearest location it has been there up to date today .. No any update on them promise to deliver in monday . Have been caling and mail and whatsapp no response what so ever . I need my parcel since holiday are here .and they keep me up They give false promises dont trust them .. You can hold on for hours just for your airtime to run out .. It has been 6 days with bo update on my delivery .. All this bad comments but nothing change .. This is unaceptable and will not ever recoment them to anyone
